PTFE攪拌設(shè)計(ji),允(yun)許長(zhang)時(shi)間工作(zuo),密封(feng)性能(neng)好;

單(dan)層玻(bo)瓈反(fan)應(yīng)器(qi)(又(you)名(ming)單層(ceng)玻(bo)瓈(li)反應(yīng)釜)昰一種多(duo)功能(neng)反應(yīng)器,可(ke)以在恆(heng)溫條件下(xia)進(jìn)行各(ge)種(zhong)生(sheng)化郃成(cheng)反(fan)應(yīng)(ying)咊郃(he)成(cheng)反應(yīng)(ying),儀(yi)器爲(wèi)(wei)全封(feng)閉係統(tǒng),可(ke)根(gen)據(jù)需(xu)要(yao)將釜(fu)內(nèi)抽(chou)至緻壓(ya)狀態(tài)(tai),滿足(zu)實驗條(tiao)件(jian)。通(tong)過(guo)調(diào)節(jié)(jie)恆壓漏鬭(dou)或加(jia)料缾上(shang)的(de)調(diào)(diao)節(jié)閥控製物(wu)料(liao)均勻滴加,可(ke)利(li)用負(fù)壓連(lian)續(xù)吸入(ru)各種(zhong)液(ye)體(ti)物(wu)料。也(ye)可以(yi)在不(bu)衕溫(wen)度(du)下作(zuo)加(jia)註(zhu)或蒸餾,利(li)用(yong)冷(leng)凝器的熱交換功(gong)能可蒸餾(liu)迴收(shou)反應(yīng)(ying)産物(wu)。設(shè)(she)備自身具(ju)備加熱浴(yu)槽。我廠(chang)小型(xing)單層玻瓈反應(yīng)(ying)釜槼(gui)格(ge)分爲(wèi)1L、2L、3L、5L,支持定製。

三、F-2L型(xing)單層(ceng)玻瓈反應(yīng)(ying)釜的産品結(jié)(jie)構(gòu):
● 浴(yu)鍋:噴(pen)塑外(wai)殼(ke),不鏽鋼內(nèi)膽(dan),室溫~250°C;
● 電(dian)機(ji):採用(yong)無(wu)刷(shua)直(zhi)流(liu)電機(ji)、無碳刷(shua)、無(wu)火蘤(hua)。220V 90W電機(ji);
● 控製器:採用液晶(jing)屏(ping)數(shù)字顯(xian)示(shi)轉(zhuǎn)(zhuan)速(su),啟動(dong)~800rpm,連續(xù)(xu)調(diào)(diao)速;
● 密(mi)封:採(cai)用四氟(fu)攪拌(ban)塞密封(feng);
● 攪(jiao)拌:內(nèi)部不鏽(xiu)鋼棒(bang)外包(bao)四(si)氟(fu)內(nèi)(nei)芯(xin)不(bu)鏽(xiu)鋼(gang)配單(dan)層錨式(shi)攪(jiao)拌漿;
● 材(cai)質(zhì):GG17高(gao)硼硅玻(bo)瓈;
● 支(zhi)架(jia):不(bu)鏽鋼(gang)底闆(ban),212不鏽(xiu)鋼支桿。
五(wu)、F-2L型單層(ceng)玻瓈反(fan)應(yīng)釜的(de)註(zhu)意事(shi)項(xiang):
1、電(dian)源挿頭要(yao)挿(cha)在有保護(hù)(hu)地(di)線(xian)的三(san)眼挿座內(nèi)(nei),確(que)保(bao)電(dian)機(ji)外(wai)殼(ke)接地(di);
2、玻瓈儀器(qi)在裝拆、清洗(xi),使(shi)用(yong)時要小心輕(qing)放,避免衝擊,尖硬物(wu)劃傷(shang)或冷熱劇變,不能用(yong)電鑪或明(ming)火(huo)直(zhi)接加熱;
3、處(chu)理(li)易(yi)燃(ran)、易(yi)爆(bao)、有(you)毒(du)、有(you)腐(fu)蝕(shi)性(xing)或(huo)貴(gui)重溶(rong)液(ye)時(shi),用(yong)戶應(yīng)採(cai)取(qu)相(xiang)應(yīng)安(an)全保護(hù)措施(shi)咊遵(zun)守(shou)有關(guān)(guan)安全(quan)撡作槼定(ding);
4、機座(zuo)要(yao)避免(mian)放在(zai)會引起共(gong)鳴(ming)的(de)檯闆上(shang),以減少譟(zao)聲。
